The Cultural Center serves is an extension of The Historical Society with a mission to foster growth in the arts, entertainment, cultural programs and events in Chester County and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Each year, The Cultural Center welcomes caliber musicians, local artisans, visual and performing artists, and other cultural and arts related programs and events for the community to experience and enjoy.

In addition to hosting a variety of cultural events, the Chester County Historical Society offers various rental spaces, including The Cultural Center. Our 2,600 square feet of convertible space and state of the art equipment stage make The Cultural Center auditorium (one of the four optional rental spaces) an ideal place for any event! From birthday parties or business meetings to private receptions or training seminars… you name it, CCHS can handle it.
Adjacent to shops, galleries and restaurants, this distinctive location is just minutes away from the major Brandywine Valley attractions, Route 202 and the PA Turnpike.
