Rental Spaces

Located on the 2nd Floor, the Auditorium is the largest event space in downtown West Chester with 2,600 square feet of convertible space. Available 7 days a week for day or evening events. The space can accommodate 300 guests for cocktail/standing receptions, 250 guests theatre style or 180 guests for a seated dinner. 

Kim Bucklaw

Kim has 9 years professional experience working in record repositories and holds certification by the Academy of Certified Archivists. She assists in preserving and making accessible the historic county government records and in maintaining the Archives Website. She is also a genealogical researcher and lecturer for CCHS and the Archives.

Cliff Parker

Cliff oversees the day to day operations of the Chester County Archives.  With over 17 years of experience working with government records, his primary responsibilities include the long term preservation and accessibility of the historic county government records and maintaining the Archives Website.

Laurie Rofini

Laurie has over 30 years of archival experience. She is responsible for the operation of Chester County Archives and Records Services, a county department that includes the Chester County Archives and provides records management services to other county departments. She also is a member of the Historical Society’s Speakers Bureau, providing illustrated talks on Chester County women and social reform movements.
